- Use a normal front-end page, not an image or static file.
- Confirm the visitor is not signed in or whitelisted.
- Test Standard mode.
- If cached visits bypass PHP, test Cache Compatibility Mode.
- Review Activity Logs and Site Health.
A blocked address still has access
Check the whitelist first. In Cache Compatibility Mode, confirm the browser check can reach WordPress. Clear server, CDN, and browser caches when testing cached pages.
Email, geography, or license failures
Use each module’s test action, confirm outbound HTTPS or WordPress mail works, verify account keys and service limits, and retain the exact error message for support.
Enable Diagnostic Mode only while investigating, then inspect
wp-content/debug.log and turn diagnostics off.
